SAINT VICTOR Raffle Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Raffle is open to all legal residents of the State of Nevada who are at least 21 years of age at time of entry.
All Raffle Ticket Sales will be conducted in person by a Crime Stoppers of Nevada, Inc Board Member.
One (1) raffle ticket will be given out for each raffle ticket purchased. Each ticket purchased will have a ticket number and unique serial number.
Sponsor: This raffle is being sponsored by Springfield Armory & Wild West Guns.
Raffle period: This raffle will begin on May 13, 2021 and end on June 13, 2021 or when all raffle tickets have been sold. (Whichever occurs first)
Prize: one (1) winner will win a SAINT VICTOR AR-10 RIFLE - .308 CALIBER, LASER ENGRAVING OF CHOICE FOR THE WINNER, and a BACKGROUND CHECK.
The winner must be allowed to legally own and possess a firearm and are bound to all state and federal laws pertaining to taking possession of a firearm.
The winner will have to pass a background check in the State of Nevada to receive their prize.
Raffle winners will have 30 days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to accept their prize within 30 days, that prize will be forfeited and the next winning ticket will be drawn.
The winner must present their matching ticket stub to claim the prize.
Method of payment: Crime Stoppers of Nevada Inc,. will accept cash or credit/debit cards to purchase tickets.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the raffle constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules and the decisions of the sponsor(s), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
General Conditions: Crime Stoppers of Nevada Inc. in their discretion reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process or operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation with these official rules. Any attempt by any person or organization to damage, interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of this raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, Crime Stoppers of Nevada Inc. reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure of Crime Stoppers of Nevada Inc. to enforce any provision of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release and limitation of liability: By participating in the raffle participants agree to release and hold harmless Crime Stoppers of Nevada Inc. and any of its associates, agents, board members, vendors, other companies and/or their affiliates as well as any person or company acting on behalf or volunteering for Crime Stoppers of Nevada Inc. for the purpose of this raffle from or against any and all claims or cause of action arising out of participation in this raffle, or receipt or use of the prizes. Entrant also waives the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
